Rotarians At Work Weekend April 28th – 30th

Rotarians and Community Members providing Service Above Self throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties
Every April 1.4 million Rotarians around the world have the opportunity to renew their commitment to Service Above Self through the annual Rotarians at Work Day. This year the 60 clubs and nearly 2000 Rotarians in District 5330 have expanded the effort to Rotarians at Work Weekend and invite the community to join.
The entire weekend of April 28th to April 30th 2023 will be filled with projects varying from painting a Habitat for Humanity home in Palm Desert, washing cars at Oak Grove Center for Education and the Arts in Murrieta, tree planting at the Roosevelt Williams Community Park in Banning, food drives in the Morongo Basin, cooking and serving free hot dogs at the City of LaQuinta Birthday Party Celebration, grounds clean up at the Sam J. Racadio Library in Highland, preparing food bags for Meals on Wheels at the Mizell Center in Palm Springs, and so much more!
“Our District 5330 Rotarians are People of Action and have hundreds of service projects in our district and around the world throughout the year,” explains District Governor Don Casper, “However the Rotarians at Work Weekend is a concentrated effort where all 60 clubs have a focused weekend of Service Above Self and give the community an opportunity to serve with us and see the impact Rotary has on our community and our world!” “I invite you to join the Rotary club in your city for this very special weekend of Service Above Self and take part in the benefits that service brings to our community and ourselves.”
