Christmas Cheer All Year Santa Sunday

Santa Sunday is collaborating with KOLA and Christmas Cheer All Year, a California non-profit organization whose mission is to help underprivileged children.

On Sunday, December 17th, Mountain High Ski Resort will stage its annual “Santa Sunday” event. Skiers and snowboarders are encouraged to wear a Santa Suit and make a $50 donation to Christmas Cheer All Year, and they will receive a $139 lift ticket for that day.

They will also be part of an attempt to set a National Record. Currently, the American record for Santas on skis or snowboards in one day at one location is held by a Colorado venue. Mountain High wants to claim that record and help underprivileged children all at once.

Proceeds from this event will help Christmas Cheer All Year bring a joyful Christmas to young children. Later in December, the Non-Profit will stage a big Christmas Giveaway where funds generated by the Santa Sunday event will be used to provide food and other goods to underprivileged children and their families  The youngsters will also be given gift cards so that they may then be able to purchase their own toys for Christmas.
This marks the 19th year that Christmas Cheer All Year has provided for the less fortunate. You can help make this Holiday Season the most special one ever by taking part in Santa Sunday, making a $50 donation, and dressing up like Jolly Old St. Nick.
