Hey, this is pretty cool. Southern California McDonalds are launching a new “Thank You Thursdays” program to offer a FREE small coffee and Egg McMuffin to COVID-19 responders every Thursday starting Feb. 4 through Feb. 25. Any hospital and healthcare worker, police officer or firefighter with ID or badge can redeem the offer at drive-thru and takeout during breakfast hours at participating McDonald’s restaurants in Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and Ventura counties.

“In SoCal, the impacts of COVID-19 remain profound and the efforts of our frontline responder community have been nothing short of extraordinary,” said Richard Shalhoub, association president of the local McDonald’s franchisee group and owner of 31 McDonald’s restaurants in Palm Springs/Riverside County. “By offering a small measure of appreciation and warm breakfast, McDonald’s SoCal franchisees hope to extend our deepest gratitude to the heroes in our community giving us their all.”

WHEN: Offer available on Thursdays, Feb. 4 – Feb. 25 during breakfast hours, 5:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
