About Assistance League Pomona Valley

Assistance League of Pomona Valley is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer organization that has been serving the community since 1946 by providing these services:

·         Operation School Bell® provides new clothing to school age children. Even during the pandemic, over 1,300 children received socks, underwear, pants, shirts, and jackets in 2020. In addition to clothing, ALPV provides books to children and since 2013 over 6,000 books have been distributed.

·         Dental Center provides emergency and maintenance care, including fluoride treatments, x-rays, extractions, and root canals to children and families.

·         Assault Survivor Kits® provides new clothing, toiletries, and other items to women and children of assault.  Kits are assembled by members of ALPV and distributed by Project Sister.

These community programs are funded through our annual fundraising events, which have been severely impacted by COVID-19, so your participation and support is more important than ever. To learn more about ALPV, become a member, volunteer or make a donation, please visit www.ALPV.org.
