Riverside County Launches 9-1-1 Nurse Navigation Program
Calling 911 now offers a variety of care options.
Starting September 17, CAL FIRE Riverside County, Riverside County Emergency Management, and AMR launched the 9-1-1 Nurse Navigation Program in Riverside County!
Callers to 9-1-1 with non-emergency medical needs can now be connected to a Nurse Navigator for safe, lower-cost care options—while emergency help remains available if needed.
