Pop Evil hails from North Muskegon, Michigan & formed in 2001. This track was released simultaneously with another song titled: “Let The Chaos Reign” & both will be featured in an upcoming album that the band is still currently working on during this quarantine time.

In a recent Q & A chat session between Loudwire.com & frontman Leigh Kakaty, he said this about the track:

The song is about being stuck in a mental rut, life in general is all “Work”. With technology infused in our lives, human communication and social media are at an all-time high. It’s almost impossible to completely shut down and rest your mind. This song embodies the angst and the emotions of just wanting to be left alone for a minute. I’m sure there are a lot of people out there that can relate to “Work” even more so now than ever..
