So I finally see a no-hitter in person...and they lose!!! My wife and I hit Dodger Stadium earlier this year for the second game of the Freeway Series between the Angels and the Dodgers (pics are from our seats up high)

Great pitching duel (Jered Weaver for the Angels and Chad Billingsley for the Dodgers), and there were some amazing defensive plays made by the Dodgers. A couple of errors by the Angels in the 5th inning cost them a run without giving up a hit, and they couldn't score a run to save their lives. So there you have it...for only the fifth time in modern history a team loses a game without giving up a hit!

And what really blows is that it doesn't count as an official no-hitter because the Angels didn't pitch the full nine innings. I don't care, still a no-hitter in my book!
