There’s Pat Sajak and Vanna White, the co-hosts of TV’s long-running game show “Wheel Of Fortune.”  In an recent interview Sajak revealed that for a long time the two of them would down up to six margaritas during the taping of the show.

No one wonder he looked so happy when in reality hosting that show has got to be a boring job…

They would tape several shows per day and during that time frame they would have a 2 1/2 hour break.  During their break Sajak and letter-turner Vanna White would go next door to a Mexican restaurant and drink as many as six margaritas before heading back to finish the last couple of shows.  He reports that they sometimes had trouble recognizing the alphabet!

Sajak says that through the years they drank on the job no one ever said anything.  He also admits that he had no idea how he did it.  Now that he is older he says he can’t tolerate that kind of behavior anymore. Guess he wouldn’t admit to drinking and spinning if he were still doing it.

By the way, Wheel Of Fortune is absolutely my favorite slot machine game, love it!
