It’s not the guy holding the hundred dollar bill but the stupid-head that’s got the lighter and is burning it.  That would be professional boxer  Floyd Meriweather.   Yes, that’s him lighting the bill in an Atlanta nightclub this past weekend.

The United States Secret Service is the agency that enforces the law against burning bills.  Now technically it is  not exactly illegal to burn bills because at some point they become so overused that they have to be destroyed by burning.  But to burn it for fun?  No bueno.  Check out the exact details of the law by clicking below:

In regard to this incident, according to the website TMZ -

An official spokesperson for the Secret Service — the agency that enforces the money burning law — had no comment. Ditto for the United State’s Attorney’s Office.

I am not saying that Meriweather should face legal charges I just think he was a fool for committing the act when so many people are having a hard time making ends meet.  I don’t know about you, but I could have used that hundred dollar bill!
