Mom ordered 15-month old Dominic Dill- Reese a kid’s meal at a Detroit area Applebee’s which came with a sippy cup drink.  When the kid started acting strange she discovered an alcohol smelling liquid in his cup.

So how did that happen?  Applebee’s employees report that a pre-mixed margarita drink was accidentally put into a plastic jug container labeled “apple juice.”

The boy was taken to the hospital where his blood alcohol level was .10.  You legally can’t drive with a BAC level of .08 so the did was drunk.

Applebee’s issued a statement saying the incident was “unacceptable” and that they would conduct an investigation.  I think that Dominic will have a hefty college fund from Applebee’s.  And thank goodness he’s all right.
