No, I am not talking about a glass of milk since milk has been around a lot longer than 100 years. But this tasty treat is best enjoyed with milk. It was a treat, speaking with actress Juliet Landau today. I recently saw her in the play “Danny and The Deep Blue Sea” – details and ticket info here – and was so taken with her performance that I asked if she could come on 96-7 KCAL Rocks to talk about her work – past, present and future. Oh, and if you missed the link Juliet was talking about with her project with Gary Oldman, it’s right here.
She’s bright, intelligent, funny and very talented. If you’re a fan of the “Buffy” and “Angel” TV Series, you’ll love hearing what she’s doing to keep that fan base excited. Give a listen. And see her play at the Crown City Theater in North Hollywood.
Today is National Pancake Day and to celebrate this restaurant chain is offering free pancakes. However, they are requesting your help in donating to a great cause. Read more to get your free short stack.

Among those who have submitted bids for the team are former owners Peter O’Malley and Fox Sports, Magic Johnson, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, talk show host Larry King and former Dodger players Steve Garvey and Orel Hershiser. And now two new names (joined together) have been added to the list of bidders for the Dodgers – I want these dudes to get the team! Also, what’s the deadline for new owners to take over? Will it be before the new season starts? Read more if you’d like…aka Dodger fans…
